  • Carry out structured candidate interviews
  • Provide Consultant’s comments and CV for each candidate
  • Review & agree interview proforma

Shortlist presentation

  • Drip feed successful candidates to The Client on a regular basis rather than present a final shortlist
  • Review list of suitable candidates

Interview process

  • Present a list of suitable candidates, on a drip feed basis and review with The Client then arrange interviews
  • Discuss & agree interview schedule
  • Carry out structured candidate interviews

Candidate review & feedback

  • Review & discuss each candidate after The Client interviews
  • Provide each candidate with a detailed report on their interview
  • Review and discuss each candidate interviewed

Offer(s) & acceptance

  • Make formal offers & rejections to candidates on behalf of The Client
  • Provide Glotel PLC with clear terms and conditions of the job offer(s) to be made

Client satisfaction Wash Up Meeting

  • Arrange for Wash Up Meeting with The Client
  • Provide Glotel PLC with feedback on how we performed for you
